Booms Initiatives in 2014. It was
founded as a social enterprise by Mr.
Bahabwa Vicent pen name Angel Bahabwa to
skill the youth in soft skills and

The training focused majorly on
entrepreneurship, ICT, multimedia,
Advocacy based journalism, creative
writing, marketing, and sales among
others. This introduced young people to
entrepreneurship and most of them
started their enterprises thereafter.

the Red cross society Uganda Kabarole
branch and Kabarole youth center to
train the youth in different skills and
to create an environment and support to
foster innovation in ICT and
climate-smart enterprises. It is located
at Nyabukara Youth Center on Red Cross
Block Fort Portal Uganda.
