Tsei sales connect co. ltd started as Booms Initiatives in 2014. It was founded as a social enterprise by Mr. Bahabwa Vicent pen name Angel Bahabwa to skill the youth in soft skills and innovation-based enterprises.

The training focused majorly on entrepreneurship, ICT, multimedia, Advocacy based journalism, creative writing, marketing, and sales among others. This introduced young people to entrepreneurship and most of them started their enterprises thereafter.

In today’s competitive environment, it’s not enough to provide great products and services. A fully integrated customer marketing and sales program provides an opportunity for companies to grow their competitive advantage and Tsei sales connect stands in to provide this program from inception to completion.

6: Climate-smart construction technologies

We use climate-smart building technologies to give clients their dream homes and buildings at least 40% less than traditional building technology.  We build using interlocking bricks to ease construction processes for everyone. We build environmentally friendly homes and rentals with our blocks that can be made from the construction site. 
And with this technology, we build cost-effective and elegant homes and rentals for everyone. The technology uses less cement, sand, and roofing materials which makes construction very expensive. For the roofing materials, we make clay interlocking roof tiles that are nice and more durable than iron sheets.
